Each glove order is tailor made to your measurements, meaning you will always receive the size that’s perfect for you.

You can store your gloves in the original box they came in or display them—framed, for example. To help them last longer, keep them in a dark place to prevent sun damage and staining.

All customized gloves are handcrafted to order. Standard production time is up to 10 weeks before your order is ready to ship.* Shipping time depends on your location and is not included in this estimate.

If you need your gloves sooner than the standard delivery date, a rush production fee applies:

Production within 2–3 weeks: €200 (excl. VAT)

Production within 3–5 weeks: €100 (excl. VAT)

Rush production is subject to availability and must be discussed and confirmed during the ordering process. Please note that rush fees apply only to production time, not shipping speed. C’est Jeanne is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Custom orders begin with a conversation (via email or Zoom) where we’ll discuss your initial vision. From there, we’ll move into the design phase. A deposit is required at this stage to move forward with development.

Once the design is finalized and approved by both of us, I’ll begin production. Please note that any changes made after this point may incur additional costs.

To ensure your gloves are ready in time, I recommend starting the custom order process at least two months before your wedding or event

Yes, I’m happy to collaborate with you to create the gloves of your dreams, whether that means altering an existing design to suit your style or designing a completely new pair just for you.

Yes, once we begin the design process, a deposit will be required. This helps to honor the time and effort I invest in creating your unique design.

All items are made to order with care and attention to detail.

Currently you can choose to check out with Apple Pay, Credit Card or PayPal. If these payment methods aren’t available to you, but you’d still like to purchase an item please send an e-mail to info@cestjeanne.com.

Since all my gloves are made to measure and take many hours of hard work, I don’t do unpaid collaborations.

Then I will check if I have these gloves available for you. A rental fee may apply, depending on the project.
