At C’est Jeanne, each pair of gloves is handmade with care, skill, and precision.
We offer two types of products:
Custom-made gloves: handcrafted and made-to-order, based on your specific size, material or design requests.
Ready-to-ship: pre-made and available in standard sizes.
Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Custom-Made Gloves:
All customized gloves are handcrafted to order. The standard production time can take up to 10 weeks before your order is ready to ship.* This does not include shipping time, which depends on your location.
*If you require your gloves sooner than the standard delivery date, a rush production fee applies:
Production within 2–3 weeks: €200, - ex. VAT
Production within 3–5 weeks: €100, - ex. VAT
Rush production is subject to availability and must be discussed and confirmed during the ordering process. Please note that rush fees only apply to production time, not delivery speed. C’est Jeanne is not liable for delays at customs. Click here to read more about the rush fee.
Ready-to-ship gloves:
Our ready-to-ship gloves are pre-made and available in standard sizes XXS – XS – S – M – L – XL. These are usually shipped within 14 business days after your order is confirmed.
Estimated delivery time varies per destination:
Within the EU: up to 1 week
Outside the EU: up to 3 weeks
Please note that the actual delivery time depends on local carriers and customs clearance in your country. We are neither responsible nor liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated in Euros (€) and vary based on destination:
The Netherlands: €6.95
Belgium, France & Germany: €15,-
United Kingdom: €30,-
Rest of Europe: €30,-
U.S.A.: €60,-
UAE, Australia & New Zealand: €80,-
Rest of world: €60,-*
*Please take into account shipping costs can exceed the €60, depending on the destination of delivery.
Packaging
All orders are packaged in protective tissue paper and come in a branded storage box, ideal for both shipping and long-term glove storage.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. You will receive this via email once your order has been shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply once the shipment arrives in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Responsibility and Risk
Once an order is shipped, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. In case your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
Express shipping
If you would like to receive your order faster than the standard shipping method allows, Express Shipping may be available on request. The availability, cost, and delivery time for express shipping depend on your location and will be discussed with you during the order process. Express shipping fees are charged separately and must be paid in full before dispatch. Please note that the express shipping fee is not the same as a rush production fee that speeds up the creation of your gloves.
Return policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below you’ll find our return policy, which distinguishes between custom-made and non-customized gloves due to their different nature.
Custom-made gloves
Due to their personalized nature, these items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. We regret that we cannot offer refunds on products that have been made to order or customized, unless there is a clear defect or production error.
Ready-to-ship gloves
You have the right to return these products within 30 days of receiving them, without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging. A sealed tag is attached to this item. Returns are only accepted if the tag is still intact and attached to both gloves. Removing the tag voids the right to return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please notify us in writing before returning the product, you can reach us via our email: info@cestjeanne.com.
