If you're ordering from the Made to Measure section, your gloves will be crafted to your exact measurements for the best possible fit.

If you're shopping from the Ready to Ship section, you’ll choose a size based on the size chart, which ranges from XXS to XL and has been thoughtfully tested on a wide range of body types and hand sizes. The standard sizes are designed to fit comfortably and beautifully across many proportions, thanks to flexible design and fabric choice.

All gloves listed on the website are made in the shade ‘ivory’. The fabric is quite sheer, which helps it blend together with the shade of your outfit. There is also a more cream color available, on request. If you would prefer to receive a swatch of both shades before placing your order, you can order swatches beforehand. You will get the amount paid back as a discount, once you place your order.

You can store your gloves in the original box they came in or display them—framed, for example. To help them last longer, keep them in a dark place to prevent sun damage and staining.

All customized gloves are handcrafted to order. Standard production time is up to 10 weeks before your order is ready to ship.* Shipping time depends on your location and is not included in this estimate.

If you need your gloves sooner than the standard delivery date, a rush production fee applies:

Production within 2–3 weeks: €200

Production within 3–5 weeks: €100

Custom orders begin with a conversation (via email or Zoom) where we’ll discuss your initial vision. From there, we’ll move into the design phase. A deposit is required at this stage to move forward with development.

Once the design is finalized and approved by both of us, I’ll begin production. Please note that any changes made after this point may incur additional costs.

To ensure your gloves are ready in time, I recommend starting the custom order process at least four months before your wedding or event.

Yes, I ship worldwide. Almost all orders are shipped through FedEx. If you would like to check shipping rates before placing your order, please reach out via email and let me know your city and zipcode so I can check available shipping options.

This depends on the location your order needs to be shipped to. Most orders are shipping through FedEx, and arrive within days to a week after dispatch. Click here for an overview of different shipping rates.

Returns/refunds are not accepted for made to measure orders, as they are made to your measurements. But if you are having problems with your order, please contact me via email info@cestjeanne.com, and I’d be happy to work something out for you.

At the moment my patterns are not for sale. I do however, offer in-person glovemaking courses where I host a maximum of 3 students, and teach you all the techniques required to create a pair of custom gloves, including patternmaking.
