Glove Rental
How it works
To start the process of renting C’est Jeanne gloves, send an email to cestjeanne@gmail.com with the following information:
A description of the project you’re renting the gloves for.
Are you renting for professional or personal purposes?
The date you’re shooting.
How long you’d like to rent the gloves.
The measurements of the model who will be wearing the gloves. The measurements needed are palm, wrist, upper arm, thumb length, thumb circumference, finger length, and finger circumference. Click here for the measuring guide.
Once your project is approved you will receive a link through which you can ‘order’ the rental gloves. With each glove lease a contract needs to be signed, you will receive this in the email. Once the order is placed and the contract is signed you will receive the gloves through PostNL a day before your preferred date.
It’s also possible to pick the gloves up in the C’est Jeanne studio in Zaandam, the Netherlands.
Once your project is finished, the gloves are to be returned as soon as possible.
Please note that rental is currently only possible within the Netherlands.
Rental Policy
Damage or stains: In case of damage or stains, the costs of the repair and/or cleaning will be your responsibility. We encourage you to make sure the model does not eat or drink while wearing the gloves, to be careful with sharp rings or nails, and to avoid touching the face if make-up is applied. All items are carefully made by hand, which is why caution would be appreciated. Do not attempt to clean or repair the items yourself as you could damage them further. (als het al vies is ofzo communiceren we dat)
Shipping: the parcel will be shipped to you on time to arrive for your project. A return label will be added to the parcel, to make return shipping easier. Each day that the gloves have not been shipped yet, an additional €20,- will be charged.
De kosten voor de verzending + retour zijn voor de huurder.
Het design wordt met aangetekend verstuurd (tarief 2023: € 9,60).
Handtekening is bij deze vorm van verzenden verplicht, tevens is de verzending tot € 500 verzekerd.
Ophalen en terugbrengen.
Het is ook mogelijk om te kiezen voor de optie om het design af te komen halen. Dit kan uitsluitend in Geldermalsen. We spreken dan samen een tijdstip af die ons schikt. De borg wordt dan contant of met een betaalverzoek afgerekend. Er worden ook dan vooraf afspraken gemaakt over het retourneren.
